Topic “tea”

For lunch today I went to this amazing Chinese tea house in Georgetown, ching ching CHA. Very simple place inside, with a plethora of tea related items for purchase. There food menu was simple as well, but incredibly tasty. And their tea menu, quite extensive!

As some of you know, one of my favorite teas is Pu-erh. Very earthy tea that is incredibly good for you, especially in aiding in digestion and losing weight. I usually buy Rishi Pu-erh from Whole Foods, as it is one of the best brands of tea.
