From the changelog:

  • #199224, fix display issues in IE6/7
  • #200086, don’t load non-existent custom.css file
  • #195972, better default CSS to avoid conflicts with themes
  • #199715, remove absolute positioning to improve theme and CSS attaching compatibility
  • #199882, new options for controlling menu effects and timing

Download and enjoy!

Awesome stuff. Thank you for a great module. Just tried it. Is really a neat solution for handling the flood of menu items in the Administer menu.

Thanks, I like this module, it makes administration easy, and you don’t have to put the admin menu into the sidebar.

Is there documentation on how to add the CSS file to my theme? In the drop down menu for custom, I am not sure on how to name my CSS file to customize it.

When you use custom, you just need to specify those styles in your theme, anywhere you want. Nothing special you need to do.
