Backup your Mac the smart way!

For backing up my important files, as of late I’ve just been simply burning a DVD-RW, but that has become quite a chore, not to mention slow. After talking with a few people, a LaCie external harddrive came up several times as highly recommended. So I found a great deal at Buy.com and the next day had my drive (even though I specified free shipping and it said 5-9 business days, rock!).

What a difference! So much faster and easier to use, not to mention I have have tons more space to play with :-D

But to make backups even more seamless, the guys at ShirtPocket have a terrific backup tool: SuperDuper! What an awesome app! It makes backups a breeze, never have used a simpler program. It just works, oh so well. Not only that, but it can make full backups that are fully bootable! And with it’s smart copy feature, it only updates files that have changed, making backups take no time at all.

I highly recommend this program, coupled with a LaCie drive. No more worries about lost data :-)
